Everything was fine, way better than most german Camp grounds.|I would come back because they have very friendly service personal and the placements and the area itself is just well made and clean.|The beach is pretty close. It`s a walk of 15 min. or you take the car and drive to the big parkinglot next to the beach in 2 min.

Excellent: staff, pitch, facilities, location, services, price. If they can just provide a little less cloud and a bit more sunshine, it would be perfect :)

Cap Coz - a warm spot on the Brittany coast. This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. We booked the special 'couples' set price deal for a week's holiday, staying in a contemporary-style mobile home in early to mid-June, before the school summer holiday and when it is quieter. This site is well-liked by French visitors outside of the Grandes Vacances. and there were also a few British families there. It has a covered swimming pool which can be uncovered in good weather, plus a bar and terrace. The bar had not yet opened but the pool was available and anyway, the little town of Cap Coz just a stroll downhill has bars and hotels, two of which have good dining rooms open to non-residents. The Belle Vue Hotel, nearest the camp site, has kind and friendly English - speaking owners and staff and is a good place for a special dinner, but it is essential to pop in and reserve a table. The hotel serves coffee on the terrace overlooking the beautiful bay, and during the week, has visitors from various countries staying for for a few days or overnight on business. At the beach at the further end of the town (fine for a pleasant walk down the main street to reach it, but you can also drive down and park nearby easily before the school holidays start) there is a fantastic beach-side snack hut selling French and Italian ice-cream and other delights, and there are wood tables, benches and sun umbrellas. At weekends and on warm late afternoons the beach fills with sunbathers with little fluttering sun brollies in the sand looking like colourful dinky tutus! Cap Coz is a centre for sailing and there is a sailing school/club here and regular regattas are held. Last year June saw one of the larger events and so the campsite hosted British sailors and the on-site cafe-bar was opened earlier in the season. If the sailing is biennial then 2019 might see the next early opening of the bar run by the delightful Patrice and Audrey, wonderful hosts! On the way towards the Belle Vue Hotel overlooking the bay, there is a signposted coast path which is well worth a walk. The sights are amazing and there is a gorgeous beach a short distance along it, not with facilities like the main one, but very pretty and would be great for a picnic . We went past it to a village further along the coast where we stopped for a pizza lunch, returning by the flatter pedestrian/cyclist pathway by the road. One part of the coast path does involve climbing over some beach boulders to cross the sand to rejoin the path. There are plenty of villages and towns to visit, including Quimper, excellent for shopping. Many parts of Quimper now use parking meters but they are easy to operate and you can press a button to get instructions in English. The parking costs are very reasonable, better than you might think at first sight. Locally there are major supermarkets, although if you don't want to drive too far, there is a very good 'Super U' super/mini-market at nearby Fouesnant. There is a nice selection of everyday and 'Cave' wines here. Park there and walk behind it to visit the local artisan bakery, La Fringale, which sells excellent baguettes of all kinds, but go early! Artisan bakeries sell the best bread and the best quality cakes. Back to Kerscolper Camp Site: we enjoyed good times relaxing in sun loungers on our little verandah, and often played petanque on the piste set into the playing field near the site office. Boules can be bought at all sports and leisure shops and stores, and possibly at larger supermarkets.

We found a nice, quiet campsite! Except for the big negative, the pool water is really not clean if you put on a mask it's full of small stones, hair, hair I think. Using a vacuum cleaner in the evening would be great. ,! as in many campsites, the swimming pool hygiene is disgusting;!!!!!!!!

A great campsite This was our 2nd stay. The campsite is great. The welcome is great. The bar and snack bar have not increased in price, which allows us to always enjoy ourselves. Regular activities to make the most of camping. We will come back.

Top notch welcome. The owner is charming, she welcomes us with lots of advice for visiting the region. Always available if needed. That's great. Mobile home of impeccable cleanliness and new. Perfect bedding. Very quiet and accessible campsite on a very pretty little cove.
